Help with FINNEX, privacy and account deletion
For assistance, email support@finnex-app.com. Include your device platform and app version, but never send bank credentials, full card numbers, PINs or backup passwords.
Common questions
How do I restore my local data?
Open Profile, choose Restore data and select your encrypted backup. You must know the backup password; FINNEX cannot recover it.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the FINNEX paywall or Profile and choose Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase.
How do I stop cloud sync?
Open Profile, then Cloud sync, and sign out. Your local records remain on your device.
How do I delete my account?
In FINNEX, open Profile, choose Cloud sync, then Delete account. This permanently deletes the authentication account and associated cloud data. You can also request deletion by emailing us from the address linked to your account.
How do I disable Android auto-capture?
Open your Android device settings, find Notification access and remove access for FINNEX.
Account deletion request
Email support@finnex-app.com with the subject “FINNEX account deletion”. We may ask you to verify ownership of the email address. Deletion is permanent.
