These Terms govern your use of FINNEX. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FINNEX.

FINNEX is a financial organization and information tool, not a bank, broker, lender, accountant or financial adviser. Information and projections are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter these Terms and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, credentials, PIN and backup passwords. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Financial calculations

Balances, forecasts, safe-to-use figures, payoff scenarios, exchange-rate conversions and AI insights depend on the information and rates available to FINNEX. They may be delayed, estimated or incomplete. Verify important figures with the relevant financial institution before acting.

4. Free and Pro

FINNEX offers Free and paid Pro capabilities. Current feature limits are shown in the app and may change prospectively. A trial provides temporary Pro access. When it expires, Pro automation and features are paused unless you subscribe; your records and Free capabilities remain available.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store settings. Pricing and billing period are displayed before purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refunds are governed by the store’s rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer protected service components, upload unlawful content or use FINNEX to violate applicable law.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate requested features. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep FINNEX reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, maintain the service or update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.

9. Intellectual property

FINNEX, its visual identity, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FINNEX is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, third-party outages, inaccurate user data, market movements or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using FINNEX or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material breach, unlawful use or security risk. Local records should be exported before deletion if you wish to retain them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
